Nothing gets left in the old system by accident.

What we move for you

Pick the things your business runs on, and they show up here.

The first move

We move your whole business, not just your list.

The first move gets you working on HighLevel fast, with everything set up the way it works today.

Your Client Experience Canvas

Together we map how a person moves through your business, from first sign-up to paying client. That map is how we know everything that has to move.

Every contact

Exported, cleaned up and brought into HighLevel, tags and unsubscribes included.

Your email templates

Set up in HighLevel, so your newsletter goes out from there.

Every sign-up form, everywhere

On your website, your landing pages, anywhere else. We find each one and point it at HighLevel.

A bridge while both systems run

New sign-ups that still come in through the old system land in HighLevel too, so nobody falls through the gap.

How it works

Three steps from decision to done.

1

Book a scoping call

30 minutes with Christopher. Answer a few questions about your setup, pick a time on the hour, and we look at what you run.

2

Get a written plan and a fixed price

You see what moves first, what can wait, and what it costs, before you commit.

3

We move you, one piece at a time

Each piece is built, tested and put to work in your business before the next. Your old system keeps running until then.

What you leave the call with

A written plan, yours to keep.

30 minutes. You leave with a written plan, a fixed price and a timeline built around your calendar, whether or not you hire us.

Use it to hold every other quote up against.

How we move you safely

Nothing switches until it's tested.

Think of it as new construction next to the old building. You keep working in the old one until the new one is ready.

  • The same checks, adapted to your tool. Your contacts are tested before the rest move, and checked once they arrive.
  • Unsubscribes carry over. Anyone who opted out stays opted out.
  • Both systems run side by side. Your old system keeps working while new sign-ups bridge over.
  • Nothing switches until it's tested. Each piece is tested before your business runs on it.

ActiveCampaign to HighLevel: the facts

  • Simple Automations moved Technical Training Aids from ActiveCampaign to HighLevel: 19,390 contacts, 35 days from first call to cutover.Source: Simple Automations' records of the move.
  • Simple Automations moved its own company off ActiveCampaign first.Source: Simple Automations.
  • Per ActiveCampaign's help center, a contact "may be unsubscribed from one list and subscribed to another," and is then counted as "Active." Anyone who unsubscribed in ActiveCampaign stays unsubscribed in HighLevel.Source: ActiveCampaign help center, read 10 October 2026.
  • Per HighLevel's own ActiveCampaign migration guide, automations move by "manually recreating these workflows in HighLevel." That's why every automation still running gets a bridge first.Source: HighLevel help center, read 10 October 2026.
  • Per ActiveCampaign's help center, cancelled accounts are archived, and "We only retain data for a year."Source: ActiveCampaign help center, read 10 October 2026.

A list-only move vs. moving your whole business.

A list-only move costs less because it does less. The work it skips lands on you, usually weeks later, when something quietly stops.

One piece at a time

One piece at a time, so your team keeps up.

We don't drop a whole new system on your team at once. That's too much for any business to take in.

We build one piece, put it to work in your business, then build the next. Your team learns HighLevel as it arrives, and you're using it from the first piece instead of waiting for one big switch-over.

Who moves you

You work with Christopher.

I'm Christopher Harris. My company, Simple Automations, moves established businesses onto HighLevel. That means the contacts, the emails, the forms, the checkout and the follow-up: the whole business, working the way it works today.

We moved our own company off ActiveCampaign first, so I know where a move pinches.

Who this is for

Is this for you?

This is for you if

  • You run a coaching, course, membership, agency or consulting business.
  • Nobody on your team is the tech person.
  • You want it done fast.
  • You're happy to hand it over and let us do it.

It's not for you if

  • You'd rather do it yourself.
  • You're only moving a simple email list.
Questions

Questions owners ask.

What does it cost?
Migrations start at $5,000. Each module after the first move is $4,250, and a typical full move runs $10,000 to $15,000. Every business runs on something different, so we set your price after a scoping call, once we've seen what you run.
Will my business go down during the move?
No. Both systems run side by side. Your old system keeps working while new sign-ups bridge over, and nothing switches until it's tested.
What if something breaks?
Nothing switches until it's tested. Each piece is tested before your business runs on it. Think of it as new construction next to the old building: you keep working in the old one until the new one is ready.
How long does it take?
The first move gets you working on HighLevel fast, with everything set up the way it works today. After that, each piece is its own small project. What moves first, and what can wait, is set on the scoping call.
What do I have to do?
Book a scoping call and answer a few questions about your setup. Together we map how a person moves through your business, from first sign-up to paying client. Then you hand it over and let us do it, and your team learns HighLevel as it arrives.
Do my automations come over?
Yes. HighLevel's own ActiveCampaign migration guide says automations are set up again by hand in HighLevel. So in the first move, every automation still running in ActiveCampaign gets a bridge, so new sign-ups land in HighLevel too. Then we set them up in HighLevel one piece at a time, in the order we agree on the scoping call.
What about my list and my unsubscribes?
Every contact comes over, and anyone who unsubscribed stays unsubscribed. We run the same checks, adapted to your tool.
What does HighLevel cost?
We go through it on the scoping call.
What isn't included?
Saved card details and payment plans already running, your old conversation history and attachments (unless we price them in), new strategy or new copy, and the platforms' own fees, including HighLevel's. We go through all of it on the scoping call, so nothing is a surprise.
